SigEp Mom's Club

The SigEp Mom's Club is very active and organizes several events throughout the year. The moms club supports the chapter in many aspects including:

Holiday house decorating (Nov. & Jan.). Mom’s club meets at the SigEp house in early November to decorate the house for the holidays. There is also a dinner served to the moms prior to the evening.

Final Exam Meals: (Dec. & May). SigEp moms supply extra meals during finals week to help support the extra study hours for finals.

SigEp Dad's Club

The SigEp dads club is comprised of members dad’s who volunteer to donate time and money to better the chapter. The dads club generally takes on one large project a year to help improve the SigEp house and is decided on at the dad’s club meeting held on Parent’s weekend in the fall.

Parent's Day (Fall)

Parent’s weekend is held early fall and is a time for all SigEp parents to come up to Lawrence and spend the day with their son. Activities during this day include: SigEp auction, BBQ cookout, KU Football game, Mom’s & Dad’s club meetings. This is a great time for parent’s to see the SigEp house and participate in the activities with their son.

Mom’s Day & Dad’s Day (Spring)

SigEp mom’s and dad’s each have their own day to attend ‘Mom’s Day’ or Dad’s Day’ at SigEp with their son each Spring. During these days, a full day of events are planned and give SigEp mom’s and dad’s to spend time with their son’s as well and get to know other SigEp parents.
