The 2^nd annual LeadEp – Leadership and Development conference was held on Sunday, Feb 13 at the KS Union. LeadEp™ is a one day high intensity Leadership and Development workshop exclusively for members of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. The workshop is hosted by alumni volunteers and focuses on campus and chapter leadership, community service, academic success and preparation for a professional career. LeadEp exists to enhance the leadership skills and campus participation of KU SigEps.
